Origin: In old vines over the age of 60, located at an altitude of 500m on soils of granitic origin and transition from schist/granite.
Grape Varieties: In Field Blend with predominance of Rabigato, Viosinho, Côdega do Larinho and Códega (Síria).
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
Bottling Date: March 2022.
Tasting Note: Citrine yellow color. Aroma of citrus fruits involved in mineral notes. Excellent acidity on the palate in a well-balanced set with a refreshing finish.
