Philosophy: Show all the versatility of the variety, best known for its fortified wines.
Origin: 30-year-old vineyard rooted in granite-based soil, in a transition zone between schist and granite. Located in Carlão, in the Cima Corgo sub-region, it is surrounded by a forested landscape dominated by pine trees.
Grape Varieties: Moscatel Galego Branco.
Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg. Reception without destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
Bottling Date: November 2024.
Tasting Note: Clear in color, with a very exuberant aroma where floral and exotic notes predominate. In the mouth it is very elegant with white pulp fruits dominance among a vibrant acidity that makes this wine a real refreshment.
