Philosophy: Show all the versatility of the variety, best known for its fortified wines.

 

Origin: Two distinct vineyards, one located on the Favaios plateau in a schist soil at an altitude of 600m. The other, from a 30-year-old vineyard, located in the north of the Cima Corgo region in a schist/granite transition zone, at an altitude of 550m with predominant exposure to the South.

 

Grape Varieties: Moscatel Galego Branco.

 

Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg. Reception without destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.

 

Bottling Date: June 2020.

 

Tasting Note: Clear in color, with a very exuberant aroma where floral and exotic notes predominate. In the mouth it is very elegant with white pulp fruits dominance among a vibrant acidity that makes this wine a real refreshment.
