Origin: The vineyards are located on the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area.
Grape Varieties: Bical, Arinto, Cercial and Maria Gomes.
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 17ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method.
Bottling Date: May 2022.
Stage: Degorgement after 18 months.
Tasting Note: Straw yellow color. Fresh aroma with intensity. Of great elegance, with presence of fruit like the green apple. Balanced and delicate palate, with creamy mousse and fine bubble, notes of nuts and vanilla cookies.
