Philosophy: Express the authenticity and purity of the Bairrada's terroir, through artisanal methods of sparkling wine.
Origin: The vineyards are located on the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area.
Grape Varieties: Arinto, Bical and Chardonnay.
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 17ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method.
Bottling Date: March 2023, degorgement after 18 months.
Stage: 20 months in bottle.
Tasting Note: With a straw-yellow color, it presents a fresh and intense aroma of great elegance. Notes of fruits, such as green apple, add liveliness to the profile. On the palate, it is balanced and delicate, with a creamy mousse and fine bubbles. The finish reveals dried fruits and hints of pastry.
