BOINA - is the first wine produced by Portugal Boutique Winery. It pays tribute to the small winegrowers of the Douro Valley who have dedicated their lives to this earth, fighting for the preservation of this unique heritage, declared in 2001 by UNESCO, a world heritage site.

It expresses the different terroirs of the region, from the old vineyards planted in schist and granite soils, to different altitudes and with different solar exposures depending on the sub-region. Only native varieties are used in it, transmitting the purity and authenticity of the region.

The freshness and concentration of Boina wine lives up to its terroir, the Douro Valley and its specificities that make this region of Portugal unique in the world.

GUYOT Vinhas Velhas - pays tribute to the traditional method of cultivating the old vines of the Douro, reflecting the richness and authenticity of this wine region. Produced from century-old vines, it expresses the essence of the Douro terroir, resulting in a wine with a unique character.

GUYOT Monovarietal - highlights the authenticity of the Douro grape varieties, exploring their potential beyond tradition. The Moscatel Galego Branco surprises with its versatility, offering a fresh and vibrant profile, beyond the classic fortified wines.

On the other hand, the Rabigato reveals itself as an elegant and structured wine, with balanced acidity and great complexity. Its freshness and distinctive character make it a sophisticated choice for connoisseurs of white wines with a unique identity.

GUYOT Funky - wines that escapes the classicism of winemaking. Was born from the winemaker's irreverence of making distinctive wines, giving rise to another variant of the Guyot brand.

Funky Laranja, a white created from different vintages, which part of the blend made with skin contact and the other with aging process in barrels, promoting controlled oxidation, giving a very complex and unconventional set.

Funky Red, produced from grapes from old vines of Baixo Corgo in Douro, in which part of the grapes are vinified in whole bunch, that fermentation takes place inside of the berry, consequently giving unique characteristics and very fruity aromas to the wine.

Funky Pet Nat, an ancestral sparkling method using the Moscatel Galego Branco grape, where we intend to show the characteristics of this variety through one winemaking method so old, but with a recent popularity.
